I have an old version of overture which have worked fine till the computer crashed some days ago. After reinstalling Windows I can´t start overture any more. I get a message that the computer can't find file "OcMIDI32.dll". Is there any solution?

This question has already been tackled here. Follow the instructions presented in that answers to overcome the problems and begin using the Cakewalk Overture once more. Windows 10, or at least the updates releases for Windows 10 are known to cause problems with various applications that haven't been updated for a long time.
